4. Intellectual and industrial property
All content of this website — text, photographs, illustrations, video, graphic design, structure, source code, and the "OXI Instruments" name, logo and product names — belongs to OXI ELECTRONIC INSTRUMENTS S.L. or is used under licence, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property law.
You may view, download and print content for your own personal, non-commercial use, and use our product images and press materials to write about or review our instruments, provided you do not alter them and you attribute them to us. Anything else — reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or making available, in whole or in part, for commercial purposes — needs our written permission. Nothing on this website grants any licence or right over our trade marks.
Firmware and companion software are licensed, not sold; their terms are set out in section 11 of the Terms and Conditions. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own licences.
If you believe something on this website infringes your rights, write to support@oxiinstruments.com with the details and we will look into it promptly.
5. Links
Links to other websites are offered for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices; a link is not an endorsement.
You may link to our home page or to a specific page provided the link does not imply an association, sponsorship or approval that does not exist, does not present our content within another site's frame in a way that hides its origin, and does not come from a site whose content is unlawful or damaging to our reputation. We may ask you to remove a link that does not meet this.
6. Availability and liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the website available, accurate and secure, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of malicious code introduced by third parties, and we may suspend, withdraw or change any part of it without notice. Content is published for information; specifications, images and availability may change, and typographical errors can occur (section 2 of the Terms and Conditions explains what happens if an error affects an order you placed).
We are not liable for damage caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including interruptions to the website or to third-party services it relies on, or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website. We recommend keeping your own device protected and up to date.
None of this excludes or limits our liability where the law does not allow it: for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for our statutory obligations towards consumers, or for anything arising from a purchase, which is covered by the Terms and Conditions.
7. Prices and commercial information
Prices shown in the shop are per unit and in the currency selected for your country. Whether VAT is included, how VAT is charged by destination, the reverse-charge option for EU businesses, shipping costs and the steps to place an order are described in sections 5 to 7 of the Terms and Conditions, which also cover your right of withdrawal and the legal guarantee.
8. Personal data and cookies
How we process personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection and Digital Rights (LOPDGDD). You can change or withdraw your cookie consent at any time through "Cookie preferences" in the footer.
