Multitrack custom default note per track

having the option to decide which note is the default on each of the 8 tracks would be very helpful.
often drum machines have different note setups

i think suggested some month ago already some kind of template system where such things could be defined

i imagine that one creates a basic setup - for example for the multitrack - and then chooses an option “Save As Default Template for this Track Type” or save as different template with custom name like Tr-808, Nord Drum3 etc wich can later easily be loaded

the squarp Pyramid offers this with plain textiles that define the MidiChannel, Notes and named Midi-CCs .

yea that could work BUT
another way was to hold down the first step of each track and change the note. this could then be the default for that track.

eturnigy I agree that there should be a way to have a custom default note per track in Multitrack mode. Would make the Oxi much more compatible with IOS drum machines.

I tried to change the notes to each step but it was too cumbersome. Being able to quickly change a track on Multitrack to a default note would make my portable setup more easy going and fun.

My current workaround with Oxi One to IOS drum machines, which isn’t a good work around is to work in Mono. This workflow doesn’t satisfy my need as I’m not able to play more than one percussive element per step.

this has been fixed.
ensure the sequencer is multitrack and then:
hold down the sequencer button + the first step
then use the second encoder to offset the note

i would love if it played the note once you turn the encoder. it would make it easier to zero in on sounds
